Job advertisement
About the category
A job ad can take many forms — a text posted on a job portal, a flyer handed out at a university, or even a video or graphic visual shared on Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn. In this category, we evaluate any of these formats.
Methodology
In this category, we evaluate job advertisements. Each submitted ad must include a description of the target audience it is intended for. Recommended finalists are selected based on the following criteria:
- Clarity – the ability to clearly describe the job responsibilities, requirements, and offer in relation to the specific target audience.
- Creativity – the level of originality in the overall concept of the ad, including its title, structure, and content.
- Tone of voice – the overall impression of the ad, its suitability for the target audience, and how well it reflects the company culture in the written text.
Prodator Marketing showed that a job ad can tell a powerful story. In a recruitment campaign for truck drivers, they challenged common stereotypes by replacing the image of a "garbage collector" with that of a "king of the road." They also replaced the traditional CV with a simple three-minute questionnaire, making it easier to apply. The result? 83 qualified candidates in just one month.
