Who selects the winners in each category of the Recruitment Academy Awards? 

The winners in the individual categories of the Recruitment Academy Awards are decided by a jury consisting of several dozen experts including the Recruitment Academy Academic Board (Jan Mühlfeit, Diana Rádl Rogerová, Josef Kadlec, Jan Ženatý, Milan Novák, Tomáš Ervín Dombrovský, Romana Martincová) as well as recruitment and marketing experts such as Jindřich Fáborský, Blake Wittman, Jan Klusoň, Matěj Matolín and others. Finally, to promote even greater independence, the jury includes representatives of all last year's winners. The exception is the Career Video of the Year category, where in addition to the winner chosen by the jury, there will be a winner chosen by the audience. The People's Choice Award will be voted on by the audience during the gala. 

Can we apply again if we competed in previous years? 

Companies that submitted their projects to one or more Recruitment Academy Awards in the preceding years may reapply only if they did not win in one of the main categories. If a company was previously among the recommended finalists, it may submit the same project in the same category only if significant changes have been implemented. 

Can an entire HR team be nominated in the Recruiter of the Year category?  

Yes, but it is necessary to select one main representative who will be the primary focus of the evaluation. You can also nominate a colleague, acquaintance, or recruiter from another company whose story you believe deserves to be heard.

How do paid registrations for the competition work?  

Competition entries are subject to a symbolic fee to help us maintain the high quality of the event and provide greater value to both participants and the audience. Each entry also includes one complimentary ticket to the awards ceremony. For more details about the fees, please visit the registration page.
