About the competition
The Recruitment Academy Awards competition was created to inspire, educate, and highlight the best projects in HR marketing, employer branding, and recruitment. By recognizing innovative and creative approaches to recruitment, it emphasizes the growing importance of these activities, which are becoming an integral part of modern companies. The awarded projects serve as inspiration for other companies and encourage them to refresh their own practices.
An independent jury, composed of experts from recruitment, HR, marketing, and other fields, selects the finalists and winners in 6 different categories. You can read more about the individual categories here. A detailed overview of the jury's composition can be found on the Jury page.
HISTORY
The Recruitment Academy Awards were first presented in 2015 as part of the HR Management conference program, with winners announced in the categories of Career Video of the Year and Career Website of the Year. Since then, both the number of categories and the amount of submissions have grown. In 2019, the People's Choice category was introduced for the first time at the gala event at La Fabrica, where viewers themselves vote for the career video. The sixth edition in 2021 was broadcast live from the Congress Center in Prague without an audience present.
