Methodology

In this category, we evaluate career websites. Recommended finalists are selected based on the following criteria:

Creativity – the originality of the site and the quality of its technical and content execution.
Appeal – how engaging and attractive the website is for candidates.
Clarity – whether the site is easy to navigate and free of misleading or confusing elements.

Note: This category is judged separately for small and large companies.
