Under the patronage of Edenred, the competition’s general partner, we evaluate companies’ wellbeing initiatives. Employee satisfaction is becoming increasingly important, and organizations are working to support it through new benefits, greater flexibility, or hybrid work models. Methodology

In this category, we evaluate company benefits and initiatives that support employee wellbeing. Recommended finalists are selected based on the following criteria:

Relevance – how the benefit supports employees’ health, wellbeing, and performance.
Creativity – the level of innovation and originality in the benefits, the communication channels used, and their potential to enhance the company’s visibility.
Effectiveness – how practical the proposed benefits are, how well they support employee wellbeing, and the results achieved so far.
