Edenred Wellbeing Award
About the category
Under the patronage of Edenred, the competition’s general partner, we evaluate companies’ wellbeing initiatives. Employee satisfaction is becoming increasingly important, and organizations are working to support it through new benefits, greater flexibility, or hybrid work models. What benefits did you introduce last year to support employee wellbeing in your company? Enter this new category and showcase your efforts.
Methodology
In this category, we evaluate company benefits and initiatives that support employee wellbeing. Recommended finalists are selected based on the following criteria:
- Relevance – how the benefit supports employees’ health, wellbeing, and performance.
- Creativity – the level of innovation and originality in the benefits, the communication channels used, and their potential to enhance the company’s visibility.
- Effectiveness – how practical the proposed benefits are, how well they support employee wellbeing, and the results achieved so far.
Winner of the 2026 Edenred Wellbeing Award
Kaufland Česká republika
Working in retail isn't easy. That's why it's so important to have an employer who supports people through life's more challenging moments. Kaufland Czech Republic built its wellbeing program around access to psychological support, an online medical advisory service and a sabbatical after five years with the company. The program also includes trained internal wellbeing ambassadors who serve as an independent source of support, helping employees navigate both personal and work-related challenges.
